​1. How does the sign on bonus work?​

 

A: Beginning with your second paycheck, the sign on bonus is paid out weekly for the next 52 weeks.

2. What is onboarding like?

​

A: We have mandatory two days of classroom form 9:00AM until approx. 2:00PM.  Mandatory road test evaluation conducted after 2:00PM.

3. Are there benefits?

​

A: Yes benefits are offered after 60 days of employment and include, health, dental, vision.  401k plan after 6 months of employment and 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.

4. Regional routes or OTR routes?

​

A: Our routes are generally regional to the eastern part of the United States including Texas and New Mexico.

5.  Average home time? 

​

A: The average home time for ours drivers really depends on them.  The Box truck drivers and be out anywhere from 1 to 3 days (solo drivers) and box truck teams and be out up to 4 sometimes 5 days.  Our semi-truck drivers and be out from 1 to 4 days (solo) and semi-truck teams can be out from 1 to 6 days.  These runs depend on driver availability as well as customer availability.
